Description

I’m always looking for anything steak related and needless to say I love cheese. If you are perhaps wanting to change up your same ol steak recipe and at the same time really dirty up your grill give this a try, it’s really simple but adds a ton of flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 – Steaks (I prefer NY Strips)
  • 2 C – Heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 tsp – Basil
  • 1/2 C – Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp – Salt
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • I generally marinate my steaks in Italian dressing for a few hours.
  • In a small sauce pan boil heavy cream until it has reduced and thickened a bit, stir consistently.
  • Stir in the rest of the ingredients and continue to stir until desired consistency is met
  • Once steaks are grilled simply spoon sauce on top and don’t be shy about it
