Description

Creamy and absolutely delicious. Our Chicken Marsala is loaded with flavor and easy enough to make after work any night of the week. 


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 – Chicken breast
  • 1 C – Flour
  • 2 TB – Olive oil
  • 2 TB – Butter
  • 3 tsp – Minced garlic
  • 3/4 C – Marsala wine
  • 1/2 C – Heavy whipping cream
  • Salt Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Trim all fat from chicken breast
  • Pound each breast thin, around 1/4″ thick
  • Coat breast in flour and cover with salt pepper and Italian seasoning
  • In a large frying pan add 1 TB butter and minced garlic
  • Heat on med heat until garlic is slightly brown
  • Turn heat to med-high and add chicken breast to pan
  • Cook each side 4-5 minutes or until browned
  • Remove breast and set aside
  • Add remaining garlic marsala and butter to the pan until it starts to boil
  • Add the heavy cream and stir until it thickens
  • Thurn heat to med-low and return chicken to pan
  • Let chicken cook in the sauce flipping occasionally for 3-4 minutes
  • Serve
