Creamy and absolutely delicious. Our Chicken Marsala is loaded with flavor and easy enough to make after work any night of the week.
Ingredients
- 3 – Chicken breast
- 1 C – Flour
- 2 TB – Olive oil
- 2 TB – Butter
- 3 tsp – Minced garlic
- 3/4 C – Marsala wine
- 1/2 C – Heavy whipping cream
- Salt Pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Trim all fat from chicken breast
- Pound each breast thin, around 1/4″ thick
- Coat breast in flour and cover with salt pepper and Italian seasoning
- In a large frying pan add 1 TB butter and minced garlic
- Heat on med heat until garlic is slightly brown
- Turn heat to med-high and add chicken breast to pan
- Cook each side 4-5 minutes or until browned
- Remove breast and set aside
- Add remaining garlic marsala and butter to the pan until it starts to boil
- Add the heavy cream and stir until it thickens
- Thurn heat to med-low and return chicken to pan
- Let chicken cook in the sauce flipping occasionally for 3-4 minutes
