The Ultimate Steak Sub

This is a great crock pot recipe for those who like to prepare in the morning and eat when they get home. Our ultimate steak sub recipe cooks while you work.

This one is really simple, first we pull out the crockpot and just stack all of the ingredients on top.

The key here is once this is covered do not remove the lid for 7 hours. This can be tough so you may want to write a note so nosey household members know to stay out. Next we pull the lid off and shred it up, you can use tongs or a fork as the roast will literally fall apart.

At this point we can add whatever we want to our sandwich, we added grilled onions and cheese. I like to heat the completed product up in the oven a bit to let the cheese melt and bun crisp.
