I love stuffing, it’s one of those sides that goes great with just about anything so when I heard of stuffing balls I couldn’t resist. For some reason I actually like these better than traditional stuffing, maybe its just the convenience.
Let’s start with cooking up the onions and celery in some butter until they are cooked through. In the meantime mix the stuffing mixture 1/2 can of soup and the poultry seasoning. Stir in the butter mixture and mix thoroughly. Add some broth until mixture is soft enough to form into balls. Form the mixture into balls place in a baking dish then mix the rest of the of the soup with some water and pour over the balls. Cover and cook, uncover, cook, and serve!
