Description
Quick and easy grilled cheese with a twist. Classic grilled cheese with sauce, pepperoni, and yes bacon.
Ingredients
- 2 slices – Bread
- 1 slice – American cheese
- 1 slice – Swiss cheese
- 2 tsp – soft butter or margarine
- 1 tsp – pizza sauce
- pinch – garlic salt
- 4 slices – pepperoni
Instructions
- Fry up the bacon and set aside
- Heat small frying pan to med-low heat
- Butter one side of each slice of bread
- Place the first slice of bread butter side down onto the frying pan
- Add both slices of cheese, pizza sauce, bacon and pepperoni
- Place second slice of bread butter side up on top
- Let sit for 2-3 minutes until bottom side is brown
- Flip sandwich and cook the other side for 2-3 minutes
