Description

Quick and easy grilled cheese with a twist. Classic grilled cheese with sauce, pepperoni, and yes bacon.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 slices – Bread
  • 1 slice  – American cheese
  • 1 slice – Swiss cheese
  • 2 tsp – soft butter or margarine
  • 1 tsp – pizza sauce
  • pinch – garlic salt
  • 4 slices – pepperoni

Instructions

  • Fry up the bacon and set aside
  • Heat small frying pan to med-low heat
  • Butter one side of each slice of bread
  • Place the first slice of bread butter side down onto the frying pan
  • Add both slices of cheese, pizza sauce, bacon and pepperoni
  • Place second slice of bread butter side up on top
  • Let sit for 2-3 minutes until bottom side is brown
  • Flip sandwich and cook the other side for 2-3 minutes
