Description
I am not a ‘breakfast for dinner’ person. I believe every meal has its place, but I have come to learn that not too many people think as I do so go ahead and give this one a try, it’s great for breakfast and I guess dinner as well.
Ingredients
- 1 – Ready to Bake pie crust
- 1/2 tsp – Flour
- 1 TB – Butter
- 1/4 C – Red onion
- 1 tsp -Minced garlic
- 4 – Large eggs
- 1 C – 1/2 & 1/2
- 1/2 tsp – Italian seasoning
- 1 1/2 C – Diced ham
- 2 C – Shredded Cheddar
- Salt/Pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375
- Take the pie crust and coat one side with flour
- Put the pie crust, flour side down, into a pie pan
- Bake for 8 minutes
- Remove pie crust and let cool
- Melt butter in a small fry pan
- Once butter is melted add onion and garlic and sauté until onion is soft
- Meanwhile whip eggs and creamer together in a small mixing bowl
- Add Italian seasoning, salt and pepper
- Add Ham and cheese and mix all ingredients together
- Add butter onion garlic mixture to the bowl
- Stir until blended
- Pour mixture into the pie crust
- Bake for 38 minutes at 375
