Description

I am not a ‘breakfast for dinner’ person. I believe every meal has its place, but I have come to learn that not too many people think as I do so go ahead and give this one a try, it’s great for breakfast and I guess dinner as well.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 – Ready to Bake pie crust
  • 1/2 tsp – Flour
  • 1 TB – Butter
  • 1/4 C – Red onion
  • 1 tsp -Minced garlic
  • 4 – Large eggs
  • 1 C – 1/2 & 1/2
  • 1/2 tsp – Italian seasoning
  • 1 1/2 C – Diced ham
  • 2 C – Shredded Cheddar
  • Salt/Pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375

  • Take the pie crust and coat one side with flour
  • Put the pie crust, flour side down, into a pie pan
  • Bake for 8 minutes
  • Remove pie crust and let cool
  • Melt butter in a small fry pan
  • Once butter is melted add onion and garlic and sauté until onion is soft
  • Meanwhile whip eggs and creamer together in a small mixing bowl
  • Add Italian seasoning, salt and pepper
  • Add Ham and cheese and mix all ingredients together
  • Add butter onion garlic mixture to the bowl
  • Stir until blended
  • Pour mixture into the pie crust
  • Bake for 38 minutes at 375
