For most of us when we think of homemade chocolate chip cookies it takes us back to childhood memories of grandma cooking up a fresh batch of gooey chocolaty cookies. For some of us it may be a memory of sneaking a spoonful of the raw cookie dough. At my house its a miracle if there’s any dough left to even make cookies.
We’re going to start with two bowls; one large and one small. In the large bowl add the margarine Crisco eggs both sugars and vanilla, mix up and set aside. In the small bowl stir up the flour baking soda and salt. Slowly mix the flour into the large bowl then stir in the chocolate chips. Let this cool for a while in the fridge then make your cookies and bake.
