Gourmet Cheddar Stuffed Burger

It’s almost grilling season and the gourmet cheddar stuffed burger is the perfect burger to kick off the summer. You can use any cheese you wish but we chose white cheddar and would definitely recommend giving it a try. Lets start with slicing up the cheese and setting aside.

Use about 3/4lb. of lean ground beef and flatten out four thin patties. Place as much cheese as you would like, the more the better, on one half of the patty.

Take the other half of the patty and place on top. Seal the sides so the cheese doesn’t leak out. Place it on the grill and cook until desired wellness.
