Description
This is a really good recipe when you don’t have much time and you don’t feel like going to the store. I had all of these ingredients on hand and appreciated the fact that I didn’t have to run to the store for once.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. – Ground beef
- 1 cup – Elbow macaroni
- 1 TB – Olive oil
- 2 tsp – Minced garlic
- 1 tsp – Italian seasoning
- 1 TB – Worchester sauce
- 1 tsp – Parsley
- 15 oz. – Crushed tomatoes
- 8 oz. – Tomato soup
- 1 – Small diced onion
- 1 tsp – Sugar
- 1/2 C – Shredded mozzarella(I used mixed blend Italian)
- 1 tsp – Salt
- 1/2 tsp – Pepper
- 2 TB – Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook the pasta and set aside, we will add this later
- In a large fry pan heat oil and garlic on med heat and let brown
- Add ground beef and cook until browned
- Pour in the crushed tomatoes and tomato sauce and bring to a boil
- Stir to blend ingredients
- Turn heat to low and add salt, pepper, Worchester sauce and Italian seasoning
- Add the pasta and mix everything together
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and parmesan on top
- Add the parsley and cover for 10 minutes
- Serve
Notes
Add extra parmesan per serving.
